Professional Highlights​

As Head of Learning for a large GFE, Katrina spearheaded the strategic growth of diverse curriculum areas, ensuring alignment with industry demands and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Working closely with the community groups in Brighton, Katrina developed innovative curriculum including ESOL, programmes for job-seekers and adult professional courses. Alongside this she has experience of bringing in new quality assurance initiatives for Apprenticeships.

Her passion for Teacher Education has involved the design and delivery of teacher training courses that meet the needs of the sector, most recently for teachers new to ESOL.
